No open windows and shared facilities: Inside the Melbourne detention hotel where COVID-19 is spreading
For the past two weeks, refugee Mohammad Miah hasn't left the four walls of his bedroom in inner Melbourne.
He's one of 21 refugees and asylum seekers in Melbourne's Park Hotel who have contracted COVID-19 in the past few weeks.
The hotel is being used as an immigration detention facility for 45 men who were mostly brought from offshore detention to Australia to receive medical treatment.
