A prosciutto bar is coming! A prosciutto bar is coming! It’s at Lagotto, the new all-day Italian diner opening late this month from the brother-and-sister powerhouse behind Congress and Future Future. Inside Lagotto, the big red marble “prosciutto bar” was initially named for its looks, because it resembles an oversized slab of cured ham. Owner Katie McCormack has confirmed that, yes, you can order prosciutto at it. And eat it, too.
